Well, i decided to put a stop to gambling. It really destroy my life. I admit that i had been too obsessed with gambling. Zzzz. It is really hard to quit man. But i must quit it no matter what. If not i am destroying not only myself but also to my family....

Anyone got a cure??? Help me la!!! I just cannot get to sleep. And i found out that i'd been sleeping less than 4-5 hours a day. But i'm still very energetic... How come ah? Last time i must at least sleep for 13 hours a day sia. Alamak.
